2024 Summer Camp Offerings
This year EmpowHER is offering two summer camp options. Both camps will be led by EmpowHER + Beaches Chapel Coaches including Stefanie Ventimiglia and Michele Rendon. Stefanie and Michelle were both standout collegiate players and each have over a decade of club coaching behind them. Other camp coaches include (but are not limited to) Kristin Hale, Katie Dowd, and Emma Myers. You can find more information on our full coaching staff at “ABOUT US”.
SESSION 1A + 1B: INDOOR Intermediate Positional Camp (Rising 7th - 9th graders)
Each camp will be 2 days and position-based. Players will be split by age/ability for training. Each session will be limited to 12 athletes to allow for more personalized training sessions.
- 1A MON + TUES - June 3-4, 1:00 - 4:00 PM @ Mayport Gym -- Setting + Hitting
- 1B WED + THURSDAY - June 5-6, 1:00 - 4:00 @ Mayport Gym --Defense + Passing
$100 individual Session / $175 both sessions (use COUPON 1A1B for $25 off when booking second session.
SESSION 2: EmpowHER SAND
June 4 - 7, 8:30 AM - 11:30 PM @ Jax Beach Pier
We will also end each day with gameplay and strategy.

SESSION 3: INDOOR Rising 3rd - 6th graders
June 10 - 13, 1:00 - 4:00 PM @ Mayport Gym
This camp is for beginner to intermediate players looking to advance their game through skills training and gameplay. We will focus each day on a specific skill + position combination. (serving/passing, defense, setting, hitting/offense)
- Day 1 - serving/passing
- Day 2 - defense
- Day 3 - setting
- Day 4 - hitting/offense
