We are excited to host our 5th summer of SAND Training!!!! Join the fun as Beach Volleyball has been deemed the fastest growing sport! It is also now a collegiate sport with more and more schools adding it to the offerings each year.
EmpowHER Sand puts focus on the full athlete (skills, mental preparedness, speed + agility, as well as game time strategies).
This summer we will also be offering Elite training to our advanced athletes on a INVITE-ONLY basis. Please reach out if you are interested in trying out for this option.

All summer packages anticipate one weather cancellation per month; Subsequent cancellations will be rescheduled or refunded via credit.
Practice location will be the beach entrance at Hopkins St (Neptune Beach) and/or 2nd Ave N. Jax Beach starting in June. Upon registration you will be added to a TeamReach group for regular updates on scheduling. Those invited to our Elite program will have a separate TeamReach as they will have additional training opportunities.
Please register early so we can plan our staff accordingly. We will also be limited to 30 total participants to ensure proper coach:athlete ratios. If you are unable to make any sessions and communicate this upfront, please let us know as we will try our best to work with you (prorate accordingly)

This package is designed for the beginner player looking to gain a foundation in beach volleyball. Practices will be held M 4:30 - 6:30 each week. - *No practice Monday May 25, Memorial Day.

This package is designed for the committed athletes looking for consistent training for May thru mid July.
Practices will be held M + W 4:30 - 6:30 in May. Practices will move to 8-10 am for June to beat the heat and afternoon storms.

This package is designed for the committed athletes looking for consistent training for May thru mid July.

This option is INVITE-ONLY and can be added to any package after an athlete is selected. This is intended for committed sand players with solid fundamentals that are wanting to move their game to the next level. This package includes longer training sessions, Goal Setting, Mindset training and speed + strength training.
Elite athletes will be encouraged to compete regionally in higher level tournaments representing EmpowHER Sand
