EmpowHER Sand puts focus on the full athlete (skills, mental preparedness, speed + agility, as well as game time strategies).
Fall is a very fun season with a team vibe through competitive club v club events. CLUB VS CLUB gives beach players more of a unified environment where they compete as a whole against other clubs. EmpowHER Sand will be comprised of three (3) lines (each line is a pair or two player team). Players will be assigned to Gold or Platinum based on experience as we want all players to have a positive growth experience. Gold typically has one day tournaments whereas platinum is a bit more competitive and has two day tournaments. We will only have Gold + Platinum teams if it makes sense based on the player construct.
- Regional FULL Commitment Package Club vs Club Player - Includes all items in "SLIM" package and training 1x a week ($975 base) or all sessions ($1175 base) August 24 through November 24
- Regional “SLIM” (**POPULAR WITH THOSE PLAYING SCHOOL AND/OR INDOOR) Package Club vs Club Player $675 (Gold aka BASE) or $825 (Platinum: Base + $150)
- Includes one training camp per month (Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov), Uniforms (shorts, 2 uniform tanks), tournament fees + Coaching fees

Practice location will be the beach entrance at Hopkins St (Neptune Beach) and/or 2nd Ave N. Jax Beach starting in June. Upon registration you will be added to a TeamReach group for regular updates on scheduling.
Please register early so we can plan our staff accordingly. We will also be limited to 30 total participants to ensure proper coach:athlete ratios. If you are unable to make any sessions and communicate this upfront, please let us know as we will try our best to work with you (prorate accordingly)
This package meets commitment with flexibility and is designed for the player who cannot commit to a full Month of training but wants to attend more than a Drop-In.
All 5 classes must be used within 30 days of purchase.

Drop-in Training will be an option as space permits. We keep our trainings at at ratio of 8 players : 1 coach. If you do not see the drop in option for the next available training - the training is likely at max capacity.
Elite Drop-In classes are available to selected athletes only. If you are interested in wanting to join our elite program - please reach out for an evaluation.
This option is INVITE-ONLY and can be added to any package after an athlete is selected. This is intended for committed sand players with solid fundamentals that are wanting to move their game to the next level. This package includes longer training sessions, Goal Setting, Mindset training and speed + strength training.
Elite athletes will be encouraged to compete regionally in higher level tournaments representing EmpowHER Sand
