Why Sand (beach) Volleyball Training?
Do you know beach volleyball is now a collegiate and high school sport?! And growing very rapidly?! There are so many benefits of playing beach, even at a young age. Whether you are looking to add speed + agility to your court game, get extra reps in a fun + competitive environment, or aim to compete as a beach volleyball athlete in college. Your athlete is guaranteed to grow their game, mental toughness, and so much more without the fluorescent lights and constant whistles of court.
1. Lots of contacts means lots of practice - with just two players on the court each player will need to be ready to move to the ball to keep the game going. "There is no bench in beach!"
2. Mental Training - There is no opportunity to "hide" behind a squad or team adding pressure for each player to stay focused and perform from beginning to end.
3. Enhanced Endurance - the resistance that sand provides forces you to work harder.
4. Communication - you want to communicate early and often to be sure both parties know who is getting what to conserve energy.
5. Accountability + Trust - each player has a lot to cover and will need to hold themselves accountable to be successful. They also need to learn to trust their partner in what area of the court they will cover.

Location
We will use the courts at 20th Ave North (1st choice) or 3rd Ave North when 20th Ave is not available.
Coaching Services
Our experienced coaches will provide / be available for group training, small group sessions, privates, tournament coaching (local and specific out of town events) as well as video feedback from events we are unable to participate in.
